Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your AI Post 24/7 subscription at any time. To cancel, log in to your account, navigate to the Billing section in your dashboard, and click the option to manage or cancel your subscription.

When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period. At the end of that period, your account will be downgraded to an inactive status and no further charges will be applied.

2. Refunds

Because AI Post 24/7 is a digital service that immediately utilizes third-party artificial intelligence processing power (which incurs direct computing costs on our end) the moment you generate or schedule a post, we do not offer refunds for any subscription payments once they have been processed.

This includes partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle or refunds for accounts that forget to cancel before a renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel your trial or subscription before the next billing cycle begins.

3. Free Trials

If you sign up using a free trial (available on select plans), you will not be charged until the trial period expires. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period, no charges will be made to your payment method.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe you were charged in error due to a technical glitch or duplicate billing on our end, please reach out to us at info@aipost247.com immediately so we can investigate and correct any billing errors.
